So, what am I going to do with this blog? I have to do something with it. What do I want to talk about? Do I have anything to talk about? Yes.
I suppose I could make a whole bunch of uncategorized entries that pretty much talk about nothing. Or maybe I could write a bunch of posts pondering about what to do with a blog. Yes.
Or maybe I won’t. Here are a few ideas. For one, I think I’ll review a bunch of books I’ve read. It will be a category called “shrughes’s list of sci-fi books that you must read.” That sounds like a great list. It will contain reviews and be all descriptivy and stuff. (Oh lord, why must I use words like “descriptivy?” There is a disease in my brain.) I might also post a list of reviews of IRC clients. But honestly, my time would be better spent making the ultimate IRC client. Yes.
I’m not sure what else to do with my blog. I’m pretty much going to try to follow the rule of posting something every day. With the “publish at such-and-such time” it should be easier to get a regular posting schedule going. Then you can fascinate yourself with the day-to-day excitement-making of my life. Yes.
